Jilin Province Prosperous Auto Parts Co., Ltd., founded in 1994, is a large-scale production-oriented processing enterprise rooted in family control and deeply specialized in the field of automotive parts. After more than three decades of development, it has formed a full industrial chain service capability integrating mold design and manufacturing, stamping, welding, and electrophoresis processing.
The company's core production base is located in Fanjia Tun Town, Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, covering an area of 100,000 square meters with a usable area of 70,000 square meters. It is equipped with two stamping workshops, three welding workshops, and two electrophoresis workshops, forming an efficient and collaborative production system. Currently, the team consists of 315 employees with an average age of 38. The team combines experience and innovative vitality, injecting continuous momentum into the company's development.
In the business landscape, the company has accumulated rich and high-quality customer resources based on its stable product quality and technical strength. In 2024, the total number of customers served reached 16, covering well-known OEMs such as FAW-Volkswagen, Hongqi, FAW-Benteng, Audi, as well as global top automotive parts enterprises such as BENTELER, Faurecia, and MAGNA. Among them, the Hongqi brand accounted for 48% of the diversified market share. From 2022 to 2024, sales reached 350 million yuan, 420 million yuan, and 400 million yuan respectively, maintaining a steady development trend.
Technological research and development serve as a solid foundation for the core competitiveness of enterprises. The company has established a high-quality project management and core technology team. Key personnel in positions such as project manager, technical design, and quality technology have an average of over 5 years of experience, while the mold fitter team boasts experience ranging from 10 to 30 years. Since 2021, we have undertaken over 10 new projects, primarily focusing on the welding of large-scale body-in-white assemblies, with up to 268 welding points per product. Our technical capabilities encompass the development of multi-station molds and progressive dies, as well as the research and development of 980MPa high-strength steel plates and laser welding plates of different materials and thicknesses. Furthermore, we possess core technologies such as full-process CAE formability analysis and springback compensation for high-strength steel plates. By implementing the "PCF Quality Development Workflow," our welding matching and development capabilities have been continuously upgraded, significantly reducing the dimensional accuracy development cycle from 6 months to 2.5 months. This has positioned us as a core supplier for the development of large assemblies for brands such as Hongqi and FAW Car.
The equipment manufacturing capability highlights the advantages of scale and specialization. In the stamping field, we have 3 multi-station production lines and over 60 stamping equipment units (including a 2100T hydraulic line and a 1250T mechanical punch press), with an annual production capacity of 6.48 million vehicles and over a thousand types of self-made stamping products. In the welding field, we have deployed 11 automatic production lines equipped with 145 robots and 81 projection welding machines, capable of producing 14 different vehicle models, with an annual production capacity exceeding 1 million vehicles. Since 2020, the number of large-scale self-made welding assemblies products has exceeded 100. In the painting field, we have one large-scale pre-treatment pickling line and three electrophoresis painting lines, using internationally renowned brands such as PPG and Axalta electrophoresis paints, which can meet the stringent standards of Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc. Our electrophoresis line is the only one in the northeast region of China that has passed the test and been approved for BMW's spare parts projects.
The quality assurance system permeates the entire production process. The company has obtained certifications under the IATF16949:2016 quality management system, ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, and rigorously implements VDA6.3 process audits and VDA6.5 product audits. The measurement system is equipped with high-precision equipment such as Hexagon coordinate measuring machines and Sikan laser scanners, achieving a resource satisfaction rate of 94%. The experimental system encompasses non-destructive flaw detectors, electronic tensile machines, and other testing equipment, and the laboratory has received authoritative recognition from FAW-Volkswagen and Hongqi. The specialized electrophoresis laboratory (nearly 200 square meters) is equipped with equipment such as salt spray test chambers, and two large GP12 testing lines ensure a first-time inspection pass rate exceeding 99.8%.
